WHY THE BORDER STRIKE AND THE PEACE TALK DISPUTE MATTER
The September 13 strike hit a train locomotive and gas station near the Yahodyn crossing minutes after Ukrainian authorities evacuated a diplomatic train carrying European officials. Ukrzaliznytsia stated the train departed early due to a drone threat, narrowly avoiding casualties among European officials.
